Our History 

In 2005, the automotive aftermarket industry was dominated by imports and fiberglass enclosures. MSA Customs saw an opportunity to provide a one-stop shop for vehicle owners who wanted quality workmanship and customer service. We quickly adapted to the changing market and began offering various services that met our surrounding communities’ needs. Today, our specialty is an extensive list of services that is contributed to by a very talented group of individuals. Rob Page

Shop Manager/ Shop Foreman

Rob started with the company in the beginning. He is the go-to guy for wraps, ceramic coating, paint protection and pretty much anything MSA Customs. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in his free time.

Jerry hansen

Parts Manager

Jerry is a lifetime Conway resident. He has over 35 years in the car business, with over 15 managing parts. He enjoys helping customers find the parts to make their vision come to life. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling and golf. 

Terry Julian

Graphic Designer

 Terry Julian is a goal-oriented and versatile designer at MSA Customs with 8+ of experience in the field. She attained her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock (UALR) and has been awarded a Cindy Conger Visual Art Award for her work.

 

Travis Moody

Tint Technician

Travis is a Conway resident, and has been in the automotive industry for several years. He has a lot of experience with tinting and is excited to join our team. 

 

Aaron Tratz

Lead Service Technician

Aaron is excited to join MSA Customs as our lead Service Technician. He comes with years of experience in owning his own shops and is a Army Veteran and a proud father.

Jordan Lee

Receptionist

Jordan has been in the automotive industry for 5 years. She loves helping the customers and the other staff members with anything they need.
